Reservation conditions for our pitches
The management of the camping reserves the right, upon written request, to reserve the number of pitches desired. The specific pitch number will not be assigned in advance. Customer requests will always be taken into account upon availability.
The client must pay 50% of the total amount of the stay free of charge as an advance payment in order to confirm the reservation. The other 50% will be paid at the beginning of their stay at the campsite.
On the arrival day the pitch will be available from 12:00h till 19:00h and check out must be done before 12:00h. If arriving later than 19:00h (max. 22:00h), the exact arrival time needs to be communicated.
Reservation conditions for our bungalows
The management of the camping reserves the right, upon written request, to reserve the number of bungalows desired. The specific bungalow number will not be assigned in advance. Customer requests will always be taken into account upon availability.
The client must pay 50% of the total amount of the stay free of charge as an advance payment in order to confirm the reservation. The other 50% will be paid at the beginning of their stay at the campsite.
Clients will have to leave a deposit of 50,00€ in cash during check-in as a guarantee against damage or loss caused to inventoried objects in the bungalows and mobile homes.The kitchenware needs to be clean, dry and put back at their original place. Sweep the floor and deposit the trash in one of the bins available outside the campsite before leaving the last day.

Cancelation policy
If the client cancels a reservation 30 or less days before arrival, the advance payment will not be returned.
If the cancelation is communicated more than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the advance payment will be returned (minus 10€ administration costs).
Once installed in the bungalow or on the camping pitch the whole cost will be charged.
*When making the reservation, the client commits to the general conditions, the advance payments and the total price of the stay. The booking is a sign of acceptance of the same and of the internal regulations of the internal regulations of Camping Riberduero.
Refund Policy
The refund will be done within 30 days of the cancellation request by means suited to Lisanne C. van Duijn (Camping Riberduero).
