Between vineyards and pine trees, just outside the town of Peñafiel, you´ll find our quiet campsite with large and shady pitches, comfortable bungalows and clean sanitary.

Camping Riberduero is the perfect place for those who are looking for a place to relax and enjoy nature. Take a dip in the swimming pool and sip a glass of local wine while enjoying the beautiful sunsets from your pitch.

There are numerous wineries in the area where you can participate in wine tourism related activities such as guided visits and tastings. From the campsite you can start your hiking or biking routes in the surroundings. The center of Peñafiel lies at 2km and can easily be reached by foot or by bike.

Because our campsite is located in the center of the Spanish autonomous region Castilla y Leon, you´re able to reach cities such as Valladolid, Palencia, Segovia and Burgos within an hour.

*Children from 2 until the age of 12. We don´t charge children younger than 2 years staying on a pitch or if they sleep in their own crib or with their parents in the bungalows.

Out of the 10 different camp sites we stayed at during our month in Spain, this was our favourite – we even stayed an extra night and would have stayed longer if we hadn’t made other reservations. The local knowledge and friendliness of the Dutch family running the site was outstanding – their advice on all things local was spot on: bodegas, cycle tours (printed off for us) the location of a well-hidden amazing bread shop/patisserie and translations and recommendations for the on-site restaurant all added to a very relaxed and enjoyable stay. The scenery and bird life on our cycles was fabulous!

We’ve just spent 3 nights at this surprisingly quiet and peaceful campsite nestling amongst pine trees in the heart of the Ribera del Duero wine region. Despite it being early July, the site was not busy. The facilities were good, and the small camp restaurant excellent. We will return if possible, and will certainly recommend this lovely site to friends.

Stopped over for one night during a sole cycle tour.
Lovely campsite run by some lovely people. Super communication via their website via a WhatsApp link when I thought I might be late.
Plots are shady, toilets and showers clean. The bar / restaurant appears to be run by a different family but is brilliant.
I will be back!!

Very peaceful camp site, with a swimming pool. Quite close to Peñafiel where there’s a supermarket for supplies. I booked three days but stayed for ten, recommended.
